changes in 1.3?

Hi Ant fans,
Does anybody know what are the new changes that have been added and would be
added to Ant Release 1.3?  What bugs in 1.2 have been fixed in 1.3? What
changes couldn't make it to 1.3 but are left for later release. These
information would be helpful for me to plan for choosing the correct release
for automating the build process in our company.
