Hello Afra,

Well, the issue is that I can't tell you if it is a problem with
4.0.1, nor can most people on this list since almost everyone has
since moved on to the latest releases.  That was my point.

I suggest you upgrade to 4.0.4 or 4.1.8 and see if you end up with the
same error.  If you don't get the error, then just get rid of
Tomcat-4.0.1 and don't worry about what the actual cause is if it is
working in a newer version.
