[ANNOUNCE] Apache Wicket 6.17.0 released
The Apache Wicket PMC is proud to announce Apache Wicket 6.17.0!
This release marks another minor release of Wicket 6. Starting
with Wicket 6 we use semantic versioning for the future development
of Wicket, and as such no API breaks are present in this release
compared to 6.0.0.
New and noteworthy
------------------
This release fixes 31 bugs and adds 29 improvements.
- Make Wicket-Atmosphere testable - AtmosphereTester (WICKET-5452)
- Introduce a marker interface for exception which are recommended to
be handler by the framework (WICKET-5628)
- Lots of work on the serialization/object checkers (WICKET-5634,
WICKET-5642, WICKET-5667)

this release.
Using this release
------------------
With Apache Maven update your dependency to (and don't forget to
update any other dependencies on Wicket projects to the same version):

Or download and build the distribution yourself, or use our
convenience binary package

We use search.maven.org at artifact-listener.org so Wicket 6.17.0 is
still unannounced there too...

After 3 days Wicket 6.17.0 is still not available from Maven Central:

Ironically (but good) Wicketstuff 6.17.0 is already available in Maven
