Tap 5.0.12 Snapshot @IncludeJavaScriptLibrary places script at the end of html
I have just upgraded to Tap 5.0.12 Snapshot from
5.0.11.
In pre 5.0.12, @IncludeJavaScriptLibrary
puts the javascript at the top of the rendered Html.
In 5.0.12 Snapshot, @IncludeJavaScriptLibrary
puts the javascript at the bottom of the rendered
Html.
Is this intentional ?
Placing the javascript at the end of the rendered
html, breaks some of my components.

This seems like it could be trouble; but I won't know until we start
using it. Is there any way to pick and choose where/how the js gets loaded?
