New PR to cleanup unnecessary dependencies from drools-core in general and ReteEvaluator in particular.
This PR targets drools-mvel. Where possible I have used drools-base classes instead of drools-core classes.
Two major points that will require further work are the parts related to code generation and the parts related to grouping functions.
