    chore: when-to-use - stop claiming SCADA support in the energy scenario (#1809)
    
    The camel-iec60870 component, which spoke the IEC 60870 telecontrol
    protocol used by power-grid SCADA, was removed in Camel 4.23.0 because
    its library (Eclipse NeoSCADA) is no longer maintained. Describe what
    Camel still connects to instead: PLCs (camel-plc4x) and OPC UA servers
    (camel-milo).
