End of Java plugin coming soon...

I just saw this today...

So, the applicability of Pivot to applets will be gone by this time next year.

Hi Roger,
yes this is not a good news for Applets ...
I think that for the major release after 2.1 (could be 2.5) we should
remove dependencies and code related to the Java Plugin (with a
related JIRA issue).

What do you think ?
