   Hm, first, make sure to get a copy from the npm package that you can later use to create a new repository for the plugin: `npm pack com-intel-security-cordova-plugin`
   
   Then I would suggest you create a new Cordova project with the newest CLI, add the newest Cordova-Android (7.1.2) and try to add the plugin. If it doesn't work, post the complete output of the `cordova plugin add ...` command here and we can take a look.
