File names do not appear in ParseErrorExceptions

Summary: File names do not appear in ParseErrorExceptions
           Product: Velocity
           Version: 1.3-rc1
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: Solaris
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: Build
        AssignedTo: velocity-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: plynchnlm@netscape.net

ParseErrorExceptions currently include the line and column number of the
error, but not the name of the file that was being parsed. It would
be very helpful if it did, becase sometimes templates include
several other templates.
