how to download file video on openmeeting to local storage

dear all,
my question is :
1. how to download file video that uploaded before
     i have a plan to share video to all user on openmeeting and for 
play using local pc (not streaming (problem on bandwidth))
2. if presentation file that edited on whiteboard and then saved to 
openmeeting rooms.. how to downloaded that file?

download might be disabled for videos
I saw post in this list download was enabled for pictures (by modifiying
lzx file(s))

I'm afraid it is impossible to edit ppt on WB then save it
