Sorry, you don't have read/write access to the history file

Hi,

I just tried to update my modperl-site working directory.

[ask@balder modperl-site]$ cvs -d ask@perl.apache.org:/home/cvs update -dP
ask@perl.apache.org's password:
Sorry, you don't have read/write access to the history file
/home/cvs/CVSROOT/history
Permission denied

Looks like I need to be in the 'cvs' group to do this.  :-/
