[users@httpd] Apache 2.0 + SSL

I am trying to get SSL going in Apache 2.0.  I am looking all over the
Apache documentation, but I don't see any docs for getting SSL working.  I
see docs that explain SSL, but none that tell me how to get it up and
running.  I know I need to create a certificate, but I can't find the
documentation.  Could some one please send me the link to the docs for this.
I would appreciate it.
