-----------------------------
In the case of JIRA import, can the original BZ ids be stored as attributes of the new issues?
I think this was done for some ASF projects that moved from Bugzilla to JIRA.

The file is a SQL script dumped from the former Bugzilla DB. Is it a suitable format?
I can access the file and download, please try again. Or you can get it from devinhan@people.apache.org. I uploaded a bak file "bz_20110817.sql.bz2" to there.

The three options are:
- new BZ instance
- import into existing BZ instance
- import into existing JIRA instance
Importing into the existing BZ instance is likely to be a PITA and will also require all the issue IDs to change.

- import dump to mysql db
- imoprt data from mysql db to test Jira instance
- you check the data

> We have more than three hundred bug issues in the former bug track system. Although most of them are fixed and closed, but we have sevral left issues need to resolve in the future. At the same time the fixed issue can supply reference for the new users. We would like to transfer them to the bug track system of the Apache ODF Toolkit Podling.
> We archived a dump file and you can download the dump file from: http://odftoolkit.org/downloads/mw-test/bugzilla/bz_20110817.sql.bz2 nearly 66.7MB.
> Please let me know if you need any other information.
