    Resolution: Duplicate

Reported issue -  'error "due to java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "mount": java.io.IOException: error=12, Cannot allocate memory"' is because SSVM created out of the 64 bit default template is running out of memory.
Sateesh has suggested a few workarounds for this problem in bug - [https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-5408]
