Question about RPCElement serialization code

Hi,

I have a question about the RPCElement.outputImpl(SerializationContext) code. Especially these lines of code:

        if (isRPC || noParams) {
            // Set default namespace if appropriate (to avoid prefix mappings
            // in literal style). Do this only if there is no encodingStyle.
            if (encodingStyle != null && encodingStyle.equals("")) {
                context.registerPrefixForURI("", getNamespaceURI());
            }
            context.startElement(new QName(namespaceURI,name), attributes);
        }

These lines will create a default namespace declaration when you have a
RPC/iteral encoding. The problem is that it will qualify ALL elements
below that RPCElement, even ones that have been (or I want them to be)
unqualified.

Would it be possible that we change these lines to use the prefix and NS
mappings that the user provided with MessageElement.setPrefix(String) and
MessageElement.addMapping(Mapping)? Or is there something in WSDL/SOAP
that I missed that prohbits that?

Regards, Dirk
