Using an over clause without a "partition by" nor a "order by" clauses throws a _ForemanException_ (complete message attached)

For example the following query throws an exception:
{code}
SELECT employee_id, position_id, salary, SUM(salary) OVER() FROM cp.`employee.json`;
{code}
