 Currently it is left with bullet points and looks a bit messy. I have had
 one suggestion from Joachim that it

   might make sense if the same border-left style as used in blockquotes
 should be applied to the nested comment

 This might be considered related to #176 which may suggest a larger
 restructuring of the change history.
