### Please describe the bug 🐞
As a followup to #14267, live loading doesnt seem to work for me locally.
i expect `--watch .` in mkdocs serve to watch for changes and reload
https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/17e76f8f80d41ecc10ad47e631846f1a29d41561/site/dev/serve-dev.sh#L37
but its not happening
