I would prefer to stay with OSGi r4.3 for Karaf 3.0 and prepare the 
update to r5 in Karaf 4.0.

it seams that the osgi libs also reached central within the last days.
I'm curious if it's worth including them into karaf3. Otherwise I
think we would have wait for them till karaf 4 (which isn't a bad idea
either IMHO). I think we should just talk about it.
