[CSV] Site tidyup

I think CSV is now converted to be a proper component; the website
should synch in an hour or two.

Someone needs to create a logo and store it at

src/site/resources/images/csv-logo.png

Also, I cannot remember how to derive the JIRA id for the pom; it will
need to be changed as it presumably points to SANDBOX at present

It was a question of updating the file:

sandbox/.htaccess

I saved a sample image in that dir (along with the native Gimp file).

I called it "logo.png" which should give us the possibility of having a
generic reference that can be shared from the parent POM perhaps.

Salut Manu,

the JIRA id is the `pid` (project id) parameter you can usually find
on links when visiting the CSV project, in that case 12313222. You can
see it here[1] for example
