[DISCUSS] FLINK-20625: Reviewer needed for pubsub source refactor PR

Hi all,

I have a PR[1] out for migrating the Google PubSub connector to the V2
source interface[2]. I am looking for a Flink committer to help with the
review. This migration is one of the open blockers for the SourceFunction
API removal[3].
