[I] Connection detail flashes credential-loading warning during successful probe [maka]

liuxiaocs7 opened a new issue, #5017:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maka/issues/5017

   ## What happened

Opening Settings → Models → a credential-backed connection briefly shows a full-width warning that the model credential status is being read. The warning disappears as soon as the normal local credential probe completes, producing a visible color and layout flash even though nothing is wrong.

Expected behavior: a routine in-flight credential check should keep connection tests and model refresh disabled and use the existing inline credential status. The page-level warning should be reserved for a credential read failure.

This is especially visible on custom OpenAI Responses relay details, but the render condition applies to every provider that requires a credential.

   ## How to reproduce

   1. Configure an API key for a custom OpenAI Responses relay.
   2. Open Settings → Models.
   3. Open the relay connection detail page, or navigate away and open it again.
   4. Observe the warning banner appear briefly and then disappear after the credential probe succeeds.

The flash occurs on each fresh detail mount and is easier to see when the credential IPC takes at least one paint to resolve.

   ## Environment

   - Maka commit: 93a8dd7852
   - OS and version: macOS 15.7.3
   - Surface: Desktop
   - Node.js version: 24.14.0

   ## Logs, screenshots, or additional context

The detail controller initializes credential presence to loading, while the view renders the page-level warning for both loading and error. A successful asynchronous hasSecret result therefore guarantees a transient warning mount followed by removal.
