h3. Motivation

The default distribution zone is separated from other zones. So need to check all places where is processed zonesConfiguration.distributionZones() and add processing of 
zonesConfiguration.defaultDistributionZone().
h3. Definition of Done

The default distribution zone is processed like all other zones.
