Vira Vitanska updated DLAB-1372:
--------------------------------
     Attachment: Stopping.png
                 Failed Notebook.png
                 stopped.png
    Description:
If Superset/JupyterLab are in status failed/terminated/terminating/starting/stopping.

(?) I was wondering  if the bottom line could be removed in stopped status?

was:If notebook is in status failed a user the library management should be allowed for user.

Summary: [JupyterLab][Superset]: Disable 'gear' icon if any action is not available (was: Manage libraries action should be allowed for failed notebook)
