help / support with helm repo

Hi team, 



how can I open a support ticket for this issue with help repo? 



helm repo add apisix https://charts.apiseven.com

Error: looks like "https://charts.apiseven.com" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: error unmarshaling JSON: while decoding JSON: json: cannot unmarshal string into Go value of type repo.IndexFile
