[MINA] a simple file transfert example

Hi,

This is a simple mina example about writing ProtocolDecoder and
ProtcolEncoder. It's based on a simple file request/sending protocol
(only 2 messages). It's not finished, I need to fix my frenchy
english ;)

Hoping it can help some people to get started with MINA.
