[ANNOUNCE] Config::Pod 0.01

This is the first module to come out of the knowledge base project.

This module allows configuration files to be written in POD, plain ol'
documentation.  It only looks at headers and items (=head(\d)+ and =item
lines), so anything else can be included to help explain what is being
configured.

Should be showing up on CPAN sometime in the next few hours as
Config-Pod-0.01.tar.gz in one or more of the following locations:

    $CPAN/modules/by-authors/id/J/JS/JSMITH/Config-Pod-0.01.tar.gz
    $CPAN/modules/by-module/Config/Config-Pod-0.01.tar.gz
