Log4j.properties out of my own jar

Hi,

I am trying to use the default load of log4j.properties out of my own
jar. 

I am trying to instrument the postgres jdbc driver, and I would like to
place the property file into the postgres jar. When it does the default
load it can't find the property file. Does anyone have a solution for
this?
