Maven publish
Hey Drill devs,
Currently the Whirr folks is asking for a better way to verify the Drill
cluster that is launched via Whirr works, and since we don't have our jars
published to maven I really don't like to copy and paste jars myself.
I wonder if we can publish our release to maven?

Do you want to file a jira? Let's try to target a binary release for a our
second release and include this as an output.
