Spec change needed. AI Craig. To facilitate user applications in the error case, we should roll back an active transaction when closing a persistence manager. Test case needed (attempt to update an object and expect to see the optimistic exception not anything related to roll back or close).

Good progress. Still open is the query execution api. AI everyone please comment on this JIRA.
