[slack] Is it still used?
Hello,
I am not really used to Slack so pardon me if my question seems obvious.
I saw that there is a Slack community about netbeans. I joined it, but
noticed a trial period count down. I suppose it is related to the space
itself and not my membership.
Now it has expired.
Is Slack still actively used by the community or was it just a trial?
Apart from the mailing lists are there other locations "a la" Slack to
discuss NB topics. Github?
Best regards,
JMB

Yes, a few of us are regularly on-line, trying to help each other.
Our non:official Telegram group is also growing, recently got our 500th
member, though many of them are students trying to learn Java and sometimes
NetBeans.

slack is still there. I see you online right now, what is the problem? ;)
slack was running some more aggressive ads recently for communities
which use the free option. Doesn't surprise me that this causes some
confusion.

The Foojay.io Slack is very welcome and open to NetBeans, where we can
easily add a new channel.
