No alerts generated for deletion of primary storage failed event


steps:
1.setup advance zone with xen
2.deploy few guest VM,configure the SNMP
3.put the primary storage in maintenance mode
4 try to delete the primary storage

Actual results:

deletion of primary storage failed with proper error message but  corresponding alert was not  generated
