First, why are you using 4.2.0-dev?

Using the latest approved release, 4.1.2 might be a better idea.

I also assume you are on Windows, not All.

Perhaps that information was not updated when you entered the issue?

Secondly, what do you mean by "not working?"  In what way does it not work. 
What messages or other information occurs.  What is the observed behavior.

On your local machine, everything might be happening in-process.  That might
not be the case depending on how you are operating under ASP.NET on IIS.  Could
that be a factor.

Finally, how are you attempting to operate OpenOffice on the server?  Are you
running it headless?  Are you in any way attempting to provide the OpenOffice
GUI remotely?  And how do you associate operating it with a (logged-in) user
account?

Is it correct to assume you are using the OpenOffice SDK and those entry points
into OpenOffice functions?
