CSV Read function

Hi,
For testing my application ,i need to send http request with two
parameters as
http://localhost/Desc/log.jsp?Number=9000012345&Text=siva

i want to read the numbers, text from a CSV file created which have rows
more than 4000 in the format

9000012345,siva
9000012345,1
9000012346,sankar
9000012346,1
9000012347,reddy
9000012347,2
i created a test plan with 100 threads for rampperiod of 10
sec and loop for 100 times...and i need to read the rows in serial fashion
only.
but CSV read function is NOT reading the rows in searial order..
i mean just after sending 9000012345,siva i need to send
9000012345,1
CSV read like this for the first time but not in the next looping times..
  Please suggest a solution

      Thanks in adavance....

Try using CSV Dataset instead.
