[Bug 67726] New: Error occur when using createChart

After Excel was updated to 16.78, can not open excel file created by code
below.

val anchor: XSSFClientAnchor = drawing.createAnchor(0, 0, 0, 0, 17, 13, 32, 40)
val chart: XSSFChart = drawing.createChart(anchor)

[excel error]
Removed Part: /xl/drawings/drawing1.xml part. (Drawing shape)
