How to add XSLT Demo portlet

Hi

I'm trying to add XSLT Demo portlet.
Whenever trying it, I get the error message below.

"The security for this portlet is currently defined at the registry level."

I wonder if I'm asking silly question due to
the lack of knowledge, but I hope you have any solutions anyway.

Tomcat   : 5.0.25
Jetspeed : 1.5
J2SE      : 1.4.2_05
