Frontend-only fixes from Lighthouse 13.4.1 audit on #/search.

Baseline: Performance 57 | Accessibility 86 | LCP 7.5s | CLS 0.071 | 4.8 MB transfer

Target after UI work:
- Accessibility ≥ 95
- Performance ≥ 75
- LCP < 4s
- CLS ≤ 0.1

Scope: React components, Redux thunks, Vite config, index.html, SCSS only.
Out of scope: HTTPS, HTTP/2, cache headers, CSP backend, API payload redesign.
