[jira] Created: (DIRSTUDIO-321) Need to be able to set SOCKS proxy in the RCP version

Need to be able to set SOCKS proxy in the RCP version
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DIRSTUDIO-321
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-321
             Project: Directory Studio
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 1.1.0
            Reporter: Allen Wittenauer
            Priority: Minor

In order to use Apache Directory Studio with our firewall setup, we need to be able to set the SOCKS proxy. With the Eclipse plug-in version, this is not an issue. However the lack of this setting prevents us from using the standalone app.

--------------------------------------------------

Ok, thanks Allen.

I have it. It's in the "org.eclipse.ui.net" plugin which is lacking in the 1.1.0 release.

We're going to include it in the next release.
