What are the consequences of this patch? With a quick look I saw, that "being part of JDK" is determined by checking the path/package. JNA for example uses the package name "com.sun.jna", its classes are not part of the JDK. I understand, that trying to load all classes via the SystemClassloader to check if they are part of the JDK is stupid, but I think an alternative is needed. Could `Classloader#getResource` be an alternative?

I think this should be answered before merging.
