The bellow services have the tabs overlap (Group Settings tab over Advanced link and Default group):
HDFS
MapReduce2
YARN
HIVE
HBASE

 Steps to reproduce
1. Access to Ambari
2. Select HOSTS tab
3. Select MASTER host or DataNodes 
4. Select Configs tab of the Hosts page
5. Select HDFS or MapReduce2 service
6. The Config page displays with overlapped tabs.
