And, as in the title:
1) Each bundles poms to have it's own SCM entries
2) Each bundles pom to refer to JAVA 5 or JAVA6 parent
3) Module pom becomes just a reactor 
4) Each bundles's pom must have dependency version information
5) Update Maven best practice on the web site - out of date.
