[jira] Created: (AXIS2-2797) Do we send 400 and 500 status codes correctly?

Do we send 400 and 500 status codes correctly?
----------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-2797
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2797
             Project: Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: transports
            Reporter: Glen Daniels
            Priority: Blocker
             Fix For: 1.3

Putting this here as a placeholder to make sure we correctly send 400 status codes for Client faults, and 500 status codes for Server faults on HTTP. Came up in conversation here at the hackathon that we might not be doing this right...
