[Discuss] Prepare to release Doris 1.2.7

Hi all,
I would like to prepare for releasing Doris 1.2.7, which is a bug fix version of branch 1.2.


Any commits that need to backport to branch-1.2 will be labeled with dev/1.2.7. [1]
And you can found all merged commits here: [2]


The final release will be processed very soon.
