MADlib upgrade issue for v1.13

Dear MADlib community,

We recently realized that upgrading to v1.13 fails due to a minor change in
kNN
help functions, that were not dropped in the upgrade scripts.

We have filed a JIRA:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MADLIB-1197

and updated our Wiki pages for a workaround:
