Regarding CLOUDSTACK-5825

Hi Chris,

I tried to create volume snapshot on 4.3 version. When the volume snapshot
creation failed, the API threw an exception "Failed to create the snapshot
due to an internal error for volume x".
I have attached the screenshot and log file for the same in the jira.

Please let me know your comments.
