apr_redis.c

HEAD of the 1.6.x apu branch now includes a impl of apr_redis,
with "complete" parity w/ apr_memcache as well as a test-suite.

Compiles cleanly and passes all tests.

Please check it out.

Please note that apr_redis is now also in apr-2.0/trunk as
well. I went ahead and added STAT capability for apr_memcache. :)
