While troubleshooting an ldap bind issue (not related to the guacamole image) I wanted run the image in DEBUG mode.

The documentation states ( * validated in the /opt/guacamole/start.sh line 877) 
environment:
  LOGBACK_LEVEL: debug

would set what was needed.

but the image failed to run because of missing unzip in the busybox line 878
