more on ip acaching

	seems like the ip caching only caches the ip#s for the stuff
you specify inthe config file, from Chuck's comment. (I.e. NoCache
www.c2.net caches the ip for www.c2.net in the server) That I think is
fine. Caching ip addresses for all domains that the proxy acts as a
client for, however, should not be done unless full DNS is
implemented.
	I am hoping that what Chuck put in is just the former.
