Gossip learning videos

Hey all,

Based on a conversation we had on list about knowledge transfer I created a
video, that explains gossip protocol and how to get started on it.

Good idea. I will do that when I do the updates for the next release. I
have a small learning curve to conquer to edit the site. Others have done
most of the lifting there.
