Per,

I was trying to integrate the code changes for the following bugs...Am
unable to run "ant clean all-tests" as many tests are failing. Can you
please please submit a fresh diff after making sure that all the tests
pass?

Fix for AXIS-1750 - Added method for clearing transport properties cache
Fix for AXIS-1749 - GLUE attachments interoperability (content length and cid)
Fix for AXIS-1748 - Fix for attachment interoperability with GLUE in
AttachmentPart
Fix for AXIS-1747 - Two fixes for MultipartRelatedInputStream - GLUE
attachment interop.
